The Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a private townhouse. It consists of 1 room, a relaxing area, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds – 1 double, 2 convertible sofas, 1 flat-screen television sets, 1 wardrobes, 1 chests of drawers and a table. There is an elevator.

Dining area: a table, 4 chairs, a kitchenette with kitchen cabinets, a fridge, an electrical kettle, microwave, utensils, cutlery, pots, coffee, tea, sugar, flavourings: salt and pepper, mineral water and cleaning supplies. Bathroom: a shower cabin, a washbasin, a mirror, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and an ironing board. The apartment window looks out on a patio.

For the youngest guests, on request, we can provide children’s beds without any extra charge.

‘Quiet time’ is from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
